Refund Policy

Each Ufumi Culture item is unique, and slight variations may occur in the handmade process. We hope you love each piece, but if not, please read our returns and refunds policy below.

FROM KENYA

If you would like to return an item, you must notify us within 5 days of the delivery date, and the return must reach us within 14 days of the delivery date. To notify us, please send us a message via our Contacts page.

The cost of sending the item back to us will be at your own expense. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please ensure the item is returned in a new and unused condition, with the original swing tags attached. Kindly include the original packaging if possible. We recommend using a tracking service such as Wells Fargo to ensure the item is safely delivered to us. Ufumi Culture is not liable for any lost or undelivered returns.

Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm it’s in perfect condition and then issue your refund.

FROM THE REST OF THE WORLD

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from countries outside of Kenya unless the product is faulty or damaged. This is due to the duties and taxes we would incur as a result of reimporting the items.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Every Ufumi Culture item is carefully quality-checked and packaged by a member of our team before it’s delivered to you, so we hope that you never receive a faulty or damaged product. However, if you feel there is a manufacturing fault or you have received an incorrect order, please send us a message immediately via our Contacts page and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We will reimburse you for the postage of your returned parcel if there is a manufacturing fault or incorrect order.
